Who will be at Futures Fair?

Futures Fair is open to high school students, their parents/guardians and high school counselors from Sedgwick County. Last year, over 2,000 high school juniors and seniors from Sedgwick County visited with representatives from 100 postsecondary institutions. Many students from neighboring counties also attended Futures Fair.    

When is Futures Fair 2011? 

Futures Fair 2011 will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.       

Where will Futures Fair be held?

Futures Fair will be in downtown Wichita, Kansas at Century II Convention Center, Bob Brown Expo Hall, 225 W. Douglas, Wichita, Kansas 67202. Map

Directions: Century II Convention Center is located in downtown Wichita just north of US Hwy 54 (Kellogg) ans west of the I-135 interstate. Exit Kellogg at the Central Business District. Turn north on Main Street. Century II is 2 blocks north on the west side of Main Street.

What size are the booths?

Booth size is 10' x 10'. A draped booth, six-foot table, two chairs and a sign with the name of the institution is provided. 

How much is a booth?

Booths are $150 each. Exhibitors may request more than one booth. Additioal booths are not guaranteed.

What time can we begin setting up our booths?

Bob Brown Expo Hall doors will open at 8 a.m. for exhibitors to set up booths. All booths should be set up by 9 a.m. 

Where will we park?

Century II has adequate parking in metered slots. Please be sure to bring change for the meters.

How do I request electricity and internet services?

Exhibitors who need electricity and/or internet connections must make arrangements directly with Century II.You can download a Utilities Order form online. This form must be returned directly to Century II with the appropriate payment.

Will there be food and/or beverages available to exhibitors?

Yes, a hospitality room will be open during the event that includes a continental breakfast, lunch buffet and beverages. There will be two tickets provided for each booth that is reserved. Additional tickets will be available for a $12 fee per person. Please notify us in advance if additional tickets will be needed so we can have an accurate count for catering.

When is the registration deadline?

Registration and payment must be received by Tuesday, October 4, 2011.
